A plugin for both manual and automatic clearing of server items and creepers

Features

• Use !!clear creeper to clear creepers on the server (make sure this feature is enabled)
• Use !!clear item to clear dropped items on the server (make sure this feature is enabled)
• Use !!switch creeper to enable/disable this feature (only available to mcdreforged admin-level permissions and above)
• Automatically clear dropped items every 60 seconds
